VIKRANT manufactures a complete range of gear driven Floor Turntables for Welding Manipulators which maximize both safety and production with load capacities ranging from 1 Ton to 40 Tons Floor Turntables for Welding Manipulators provide accurate and steady rotation for medium-to-large work pieces. Sizes larger than those below can also be accommodated. Various turntable models are manufactured based on the customer's specifications and can be quoted from the factory. Speed is infinitely variable in various ranges and in both forward and reverse directions. A heavy duty foot pedal controls rotation. Various remote consoles available. FEATURES: 1. Heavy Duty Solid Base Weldment 2. High Quality Self Locking Worm Gear Reducers 3. Solid State Controls with Dynamic Braking 4. Rotation speeds are electronically controlled and infinitely variable in both forward and reverse direction, thus providing proper weld speed settings and steady smooth rotation rates 5.
